The initial assessment appointment is an opportunity for us to meet either face to face or online via video call to discuss further about how counselling may benefit you, for you to find out more about how I work and ask any questions.

If you decide counselling is right for you and we decide to work together, we can then agree a regular appointment time.

I am available to work evenings and some weekends with prior arrangement.
